Where are you located?
We have two different locations. Our headquarters (HQ Pre-Lit Studio) is located at 9000 Hempstead Rd. Suite 130 Houston, TX 77008. Both locations are located around the Houston Heights area. 201 Natural Light Haus is located about 15 minutes from HQ. The exact address is not publicly listed, but it will always be shared upon booking. Please refer to your confirmation email for the exact the address.
Do you offer seasonal sets for holidays such as Christmas or Mother's Day?
Yes. We offer seasonal decor changes for Christmas, valentine's day, and spring (which includes Mother's day). All seasonal decor changes, dates, and booking details are announced here.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. Up to 2 pet dogs are allowed in the space at one time. There is a $50 pet fee that you can select as an add on at checkout.
Can I cancel or reschedule my session?
Yes, you may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancelled sessions within this timeframe will receive a refund minus service charges. Seasonal sets, passes/bundles, memberships, and/or special offers are subject to their own cancellation policies as outlined during checkout.
